Phyllis was so helpful in our selection of our honeymoon location. She discussed with us all of the options available in our price range that fit our wants. Phyllis was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls with questions even after we booked the trip. She was very helpful and informative throughout our entire process and I can't thank her enough for helping us have such an amazing experience on our honeymoon!

Phyllis was wonderful in helping us plan our honeymoon! We were like two little lost puppies who had no idea where to start. We found her through Google, called and met THAT DAY. Her flexible schedule really helped us since the other agencies we tried to go to were generally closed evenings and weekends. She answered any questions we had, helped us decide on where to go by giving her personal experiences there and provided us with extra info pass just booking our vacation. We are definitely going to continue to use her to plan our future vacations!

She is sooo awesome! She was honest told me it was cheaper to just book myself but she still stayed on the phone with me for about 20 mins looking for the best deals for me. She lead me in the right direction & gave me all of the info I needed to book myself & get a good deal on prices. 🤗

Don't look any further for a wonderful travel agent! Phyllis was such a pleasure to work with on our recent family vacation to Mexico. Phyllis made everything so easy for us. She was easy to work with and answered any questions that popped up.  Will definitely be using her for future travel needs!

We have used Phyllis for several Apple Vacations and she has been great to work with.  Unlike another agency I've tried in the past she was able to answer all my questions based on her experience and having been to the resorts/areas we were traveling to instead of simply reading hotel descriptions to me that I can easily read myself.  I always have a bunch of questions regarding areas/hotels and she has always been honest in her opinions and answered all questions.  She was always prompt in answering emails and sending out confirmations which was much appreciated.  Would definitely recommend Phyllis and will use her again for our next trip!
