Mona Stephenson with Travelmakers helped my husband and I plan our 25th anniversary cruise. There aren’t enough words to explain how extremely happy we were with the whole experience. Mona worked with us every step of the way and far exceeded our expectations. Our anniversary cruise to Italy was memorable and the moment we stepped on the plane to start our trip was perfection. Every excursion was flawless, we experienced things we never would have if we had planned it ourselves. Mona was professional and took care of us as if it were her own trip. Mona Stephenson with Travelmakers planned my trip to Spain and the Canary Island. It was simply amazing from start to finish. She upgraded my friend and I to the Penthouse suite over looking the beautiful Tenerife Sea with its own private jacuzzi and huge terrace. Trust me, just go ahead and book with Mona if you want an unforgettable experience!

Mona Stephenson with Travelmakers planned our Honeymoon trip to Italy and it was absolutely amazing!!   The hotel was fantastic, and the staff was extremely helpful. Because this was our first time in Italy, and it was our Honeymoon we relied on Mona’s expertise and on where to stay and go and we could not have been happier with her suggestions.   The hotel in Florence was in the center of town, so we were able to walk through the many historical sites and seeing incredible sculptures and buildings enjoy fantastic food, too much food probably . Travel accommodations to other towns was preset and extremely easy to use with Mona's direction.   Mona was in contact with all the entire time, and everything went as smooth as possible. My wife and I booked our trip to Venice last summer with the exceptional help of Mona Stephenson with Travelmakers. She is a delight to work with, great at communication, extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job, and wants you to have the best experience as if you were family. When our flight was cancelled due to technical issues while we were at the at the airport, she was a phone call away and helped us navigate all of that at almost midnight! She goes above and beyond for her clients. We were so impressed that we have used her to book our Viking River trip next year for ourselves and 2 other couples. She is a gem!

Mona created a perfect vacation for our 35th Anniversary in Bora Bora.  The Resort was perfect as she had already visited and the staff was aware of our special day and our stay was wonderful!

My husband and I worked with Mona Stephenson from Travelmakers to plan our honeymoon to Italy in Oct. 2022. From the beginning, Mona made it extremely easy to plan the perfect itinerary for us. Her suggestions and recommendations were very helpful and we were not disappointed with any of the choices made from the hotels, transportation, dining, and activities. Mona also kept our hotel and travel vendors in the loop of any delays or changes to our schedule which took a lot of stress off our shoulders while we were on the go.
