Great travel agency & fantastic staff! I've booked several trips with Travelmax and they've always done a great job. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I've worked with Jorge several times, and he's always a pleasure. They take care of everything: flights, transportation, hotels, insurance, tours, etc., and they're very accommodating. Booking your trip online sounds convenient, but when something goes wrong, I feel so much better if I'm able to talk to a real person, especially if they're local. I feel great knowing that if I ever have an issue with a trip booked with Travelmax, I'm able to not just call them and talk to any of their great agents, but also walk into their beautiful office and sit down with them. I definitely recommend Travelmax to any of my friends or family members planning a wonderful vacation or business trip!

Before I stumbled across Travelmax I had no idea travel agencies were even still a thing. Now I am a huge fan! Travelmax offers human service at below online prices, which provides a welcome break from overwhelming online flight/hotel choices and logistics. Would definitely recommend.
