here's some things you should know: 1: comforters don't get changed ever so the blanket you are sleeping with millions of others have slept in (with some of the people that come in they should be washed everyday) -look for stuff on them. 2: the runners don't get changed either. 3: the guy at the front desk is almost always late so most likely you will have to wait to check out. 4: bed bugs are a thing as one of the previous reviews has stated. 5: even for the nicest room in the hotel your comforter still isn't changed. 6: some of the rooms do contain mold and a disgusting smell. 7: your key may or may not work. If you decide to stay at this "hotel" look for the things above I guarantee you will find them without effort.

The door on our initial room required herculean strength to open, despite having the key. No finagling would pry it open without much effort. And inside there was scratched furniture and a broken lock to the porch to greet us. It was expected of the price, though we were offered a better room at no extra charge. I can safely say the customer service is A+, but everything else dragged it down.

Checking in process they take a deposit, I guess depending on the person it depends how much they decide to take. The rooms are nicely renovated. When it was time to check out there was no one at the front desk, said I have to wait for someone, I am from out of town and just wanted to leave. Pretty sad for a hotel not to have someone there to check out there guests. Not a good experience.

Room wasn't properly cleaned; found old deodorant, vodka bottle, a sock, etc. Floor was lumpy, like it was carpet over carpet. The bed sheets, towels and sink/tub were clean. Good restaurant attached (Saffron's) {not part of my 3 star rating for Travelodge}. Lots of shopping/restaurants close by; convenient for a quick overnight stay.

The most discusting hotel I have ever stayed at. To start off our key card would work, but the door itself would not open. We were told by the staff that we have to wiggle it a certain way and push "slowly". So we had to fiddle with this everytime. This was very aggravating every time we needed to get into our room . the shower had mold everywhere and the drain was full of hair. The tap on the bathroom barely worked, and every time I tried to use it, its as I was going to pull the whole sink right out of the counter top. My bed smelled gross and had stains on the corners of it. The carpet s also had big red stains. I am shocked that a hotel would rent a room for the night that is in the kind of shape, and this dirty. The whole hotel itself STINKS. I do not recommend.
