This is a great stop over on our way to Oregon. We come up several times a year and always enjoyed our stay. Front desk service is nice and rooms are comfortably clean and quite. The hotel is nice and close to river with a large greenery area. Freeway is just near by and from cant hear any noise. Has fridge microwave in rooms. This is our great stop over for our future trips.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were 3 adults and a teenager traveling. Unfriendly and disinterested front desk person put us in a room with a queen and a full. It may sound nit picky but I paid for two queen beds. Kids fell asleep on the queen before we realized the second bed was smaller. We sucked it up as it was late. When I talked to the front desk in the morning, they didn't believe that they had any full beds so I got a minimal apology.  We got there around 8:45 pm, and the pool was closed by 9 pm. Tiny towels. Tub drains very slowly. Rooms air conditioning was off so it took forever to cool down. I think I got maybe four hours of sleep between the small bouncy bed and the heat. Not likely to stay here again!

Probably cleanest place in red bluff. Limited tweakers which is a ok in my book!!

Not too bad. Rooms smell of cig smoke but everything works well enough.

The worst hotel ever... the pictures on expedia lie... it's ghetto and don't sleep down stairs because you will not be able to sleep and will get woke up from the pounding and creaking from the floors... way to expensive.. not happy!!!!!!!!
