I was extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was super clean and I had no worries of critters crawling on me in the middle of the night, and that is always my main concern from prior experiences. Will definitely stay there again! 200.00 for two nights, but worth more!

Initial entry and first floor is super clean, fresh smelling and new looking. But they put us on the 3rd floor... It is musty smelling. The curtain sheers are shredded. The bathroom sink only has cold water. The tub drain had to be propped open as it was broken.
There are no outlets for digital devices. One on the far wall. Nothing near the bed.

The room was updated and very clean. Air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was free so not really a complaint, just an observation. Check-in was a breeze. Indoor pool was very nice, and very clean. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely go back there again.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! Beware! This hotel has bed bugs!!! I booked this hotel because I was evacuating from Florida for hurricane Irma & stayed here for one night. I woke up to a HUGE bed bug in the bed we were sleeping on . I immediately notify the staff at this hotel about the problem & demanded a refund. The first staff member I spoke to told me he was so sorry and would refund me the money. So I went back to the room to get my stuff and leave and when I went to checkout there was another staff member in the front desk & he refused to give me a refund and even acussed me of bringing the bedbugs. I politely told him I didn’t bring any bedbugs, nor do I have bedbugs at my house. I would not be bringing a bedbug while trying to evacuate from a hurricane just to get a free room!!! Not to mention there was also roaches in the room . This hotel his just plain GROSS and the staff is very unprofessional. Beware and don’t stay here unless you want to sleep on bedbugs infested beds !!!!!

The rooms are good for what they bare priced for....The room was nice and clean especially the bathroom. However the guy at the front desk in the morning was extremely rude and indignant.... He has no right to talk to somebody like that and the worst part is he hung up right in my face....who ever work the morning shift desk September 13, 2017 should be reprimanded.....
