Traverse Health Clinic is a community health center that promotes health and wellness for families in our region. With a long history and focus on the underserved, we offer affordable primary care complimented by a variety of support services -- to ensure nobody has barriers to receiving care.
Traverse Health Clinic's primary care is available for all ages. Our behavioral health/counseling services are available for ages 12 and up (you do not have to establish primary care with us to access behavioral health/counseling services).
All our services are available for people with or without insurance. We fill a gap and ensure that all families, regardless of financial ability to pay or type of coverage, have access to care.
To promote the health and wellness of our community residents with a special focus on the medically underserved by working as a team to provide primary care and support services.
