Wow, Wow, Wow!  If you need a realtor to buy or sell I highly recommend Travis Erickson!  Humble and hardworking, he  strives to find the best option for you. He was very knowledgeable and flexible with our needs after a frustrating experience with another realtor.  Travis was incredibly informative, and made sure that we understood the how and why of pricing.  What I appreciated most about Travis was how honest and straightforward he was. There was no grandstanding, and we felt that he valued fairness for everyone involved. In our previous experience, we tried to sell for more than the property was worth, and after biggest open house and numerous viewings, we received no offers. With Travis, after two hours on the market we received more than our asking price.  Even the prospective buyer’s realtor commented on how helpful and enjoyable it was to work with Travis.
 
Anyone trying to sell their home can tell you it’s a stressful, exhausting process. Travis made the experience personal and took the stressful burden off of our shoulders.  To have the house sold in 4 days was heaven, and I didn't have to worry about lights left on or other unnecessary details because he took care of it all.
