This company is super professional and really knows their craft. Ovi the owner was super patient with us in the color selection process and gladly had his team perform several test swatches until we got the color just right. The 2 man team that was onsite was super professional, always on time, communicated clearly and did an absolutely wonderful job. I have referred them many times and would not hesitate to use and refer them again!

Treadline finished our existing wood floors and added some new wood floors to a room we previously had carpet. The floors are seamless and beautiful! They kept to their schedule and were finished when promised. Their team was professional and courteous. We would absolutely use Treadline again.

Our experience with Treadline Construction was incredible. Ovi, Kelly, and the rest of the team helped us through each step of the process in replacing our floors. With their expert help we were able to get new hardwood flooring that met our budget and yet met our need for a top quality product. The Treadline team has earned a customer for life with their premiere service, products, attention to detail, and customer focus.

Charged me $25 for a quote. Then their quote was $3750 to refinish 300 square feet, do some small repairs, and to install baseboard. Other companies quoted half that. Their response is they charge a minimum of $2750 and it's $1000 for the minor repairs.. Ovi gave me the vibe of used car salesman.

Totally happy with the result of our floor refinish!  Treadline really rescued us from a disasterous beginning of our project with another company.  Ovi went the extra mile to provide us with a top quality result.  Work was completed on time despite a couple days without any power.  Workers arrived when expected.
