I had a wonderful experience at Tree Fort. I purchased a new road bike and the staff helped me get everything all set up. I can't say enough about Trevor and Jason. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. I love to support local businesses and the folks at Tree Fort make it easy to do just that.

Really great experience. Bike repair staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions.  Reasonably priced and prompt repair. Wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.

I've taken my bike into Tree Fort many times and have always had fast and friendly service at a great price.   Unlike many other shops around that don't seem to care about you or your paycheck, the crew at Tree Fort do their best to get you back on your wheels as fast as possible without breaking the bank.  Highly Recommend.

The staff of this store are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention polite. 
They tend to carry higher end products in store and provide excellent support for any bike they sell.

My friend purchased a bike from Tree Fort Bikes and after having a bad experience at a shop in Ann Arbor I was nervous about coming into a shop not knowing exactly what I was looking. (A bike shop closer to where I live told me they couldn't help me find a bike if I didn't know what bike I wanted and made me feel like I was wasting their time by walking in the store )I decided it was worth the short drive out there. Patrick helped me find a bike within my price range that is perfect for my needs. Everyone in the shop was really kind and helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed about purchasing the right bike for me. I checked out their website before coming in and really appreciate how easy it is to navigate.
