We are not VIP customers, in fact we just moved to Florida, and a couple Saturdays ago was the first time to Trek in Coconut Point. It was 9:30, they open at 10, and there was already a few people waiting at the door. As I got out of my car, a young man in a Trek shirt and bag asked what I was getting done, I started talking about the rear shifter and before I even finished telling him, he was pedaling the bike while hanging in the rack and twisting the adjuster. It was smooth and precise, even better than it was off the floor and he tells me to ride safe. I offer money, and he tells us it takes longer to ring it up than to fix the little issue. I feel like a lot shops would have waited to open doors, then proceed to tell me what kind of tune up or new parts I needed. I have bike shops closer to me, but I’ll be stopping in this store more often. My wife and I thank you, colorful gentleman!

Great experience with staff. Excellent products. Alex was very helpful in assisting me in testing various styles and models of bikes. I ended up purchasing the Electra Townie Go e-bike and it fits my needs in every way. It has an intelligent electric motor-(Bosch Performance mid-drive) that measures my torque and candence and makes numerous adjustments which allows me to maintain a smooth cadence without the lurching of other brands, particularly rear hub e-bikes. Thanks again to Trek Estero PS: If you are an older rider interested in doing low impact cardio workouts, this is the bike for you.

I recently purchased a Domane SL and had three different staff members on three occasions adjusting the handlebars and related linkage. My herniated disc neck issues abated but still lingered. A 4th re-fitting allowed me to ride with comfort. "We will keep working with you until you are riding comfortably" was the theme of the staff-members. Thank You, Trek Estero,

Great store. Excellent customer service. They always treat me nice. Great Manager in Tony Catalina. This is not the closest Trek store to me, but I always buy from there because if their excellent customer service.
