A Picture speaks a thousand words. Those are swirl marks on my clear coat from the machine used to compound my car.  When approaching the, Manager Kim Jon dumb, he stated that it was supposed to look like that. 
I am now tasked with taking it somewhere else to correct his work. He offered no solutions and instead said take him to court. 
These guys don't know their asses from their elbows. The quality of this place slipped greatly after they sold it to the Koreans.

If you love your car and don't want any damages to it, then don't go this place. When my car came out of the washer, the mirror was not just broken, but missing. Can you believe this, the mirror was missing? and when I complained to the manager who also has an attitude he stated that according your employees I didn't have a mirror. He threating me to leave this place or he will call the cops for tresspassing, which he did. This MF just called the cops on his paying costumer for Trespassing?   Good thing that the mirror was still stuck in the washer and scratched the other cars behind me. The owners of the other cars were mad too and one guy was about to beat him up. Finally when the cops arrived they informed us they can't do any thing because he has a posted policy stating the Business is not responsible for any broken, stolen or damaged vehicles or accessories and the scratches on the other cars are difficult to prove it was from the washer. They stated that we must contact our insurance. So, don't go there and screw up your car.

Great service....very genuine with their response towards any type of questions You may have.  Definitely would recommend this place for everyone.

Staff was super helpful and professional, explaining everything.  Facilty was clean .And those massage chair aint bd neither, while you wait
