We had a custom ring made five years ago. It was a long process to get what we wanted but it turned out amazing. Tresor made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Recently we had to have a repair done to the ring. I called Tresor from our home in South Dakota and received friendly prompt service. Tresor stands by their product and are extremely friendly people. I would recommend them to anybody. I hope to maintain a relationship with them. Thank you Tresor!!!

Don't look any further if you are looking for a great jewelry shop. The folks at Tresor Jewelers run a business like everyone should. They offer great products at cheap prices. They care about their customers and focus on providing great customer service from remembering your name to providing a free lifetime warranty with each item purchased . They truly stand behind their work, as they can as their work is of exceptional quality. They also will beat the prices of all others jewelry stores. I highly recommend this store to anyone. I would not buy jewelry from anywhere else in Utah.

There is no other place, maybe in the country.   Went in to schedule a cleaning, and repair.  Walked out 10 minutes later everything done, at closing time. Just stunned with the level of service.

I bounced around various jewelers in Salt Lake and Ogden before coming to Tresor's. They are simply amazing. We looked at their wide selection, and then they allowed us to mix and match aspects of different bands to create an amazing custom ring. With that settled, my fiancee stepped out and we talked stones and prices. They were very understanding of my financial situation, and I ended up with a stone far exceeding my expectations after having spoken to other jewelers. Add to that the extra gifts (handsome titanium ring for me, matching necklace for her), lifetime warranty and cleaning, and a certificate of appraisal, it's no wonder they have a nearly 5/5 rating on here. I recommended them to my recently-engaged roommate and he had the same experience even while ending up with a ring styled completely different than ours.

Came in due to all the positive reviews . Walked in and instantly fell in love with their genuine customer service . Amazing family that took their time to beautifully customize a very simple solitaire ring. Provided an amazing price and was more than generous. I almost could not hold back my tears at seeing the result of my ring and was again very touched with their generosity in price.
