My parents have been with Trevino Ins. for many years now and have always had fast, friendly and efficient service.  I live down in Indy and just recently put my homeowners with them as well and they were able to lower my rate substantially (after mine more than doubled for having a claim).  I've had nothing but a great and comfortable experience with Peggy and her team.  They are quick to respond and don't make you feel like one of a million other customers.  It's nice to pick up the phone or send an email, and have a response within seconds.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our family has been doing business with the Trevino Insurance Group for over 20 years. They insure our home, our rental property, our cars and our businesses. 
Customer service is priority number one. They have always listened to our needs, made suggestions on products, shopped prices and provided us with the best insurance while saving us hundreds of dollars.
 Each time our business policy is up for renewal, RG Trevino makes a personal visit to our business to review the policy and answer my endless questions.
Peggy Miller handles our auto and home. She returns all calls promptly, answers my endless questions and thanks me for my business.  
When we have had claims, the Trevino Group are handled them from start to finish. Claims were filed extremely fast, paperwork was always accurate and I was never disappointed.
 I am proud to be a client of The Trevino Group. They friendly, knowledgeable and most of all they are trustworthy. The Trevino Group is where everyone should purchase their insurance.

If you are in the market for insurance look no further.   I have been with Trevino for ALOT of years and my agent Peggy Miller is amazing, she does her best to always find the right fit for my insurance needs at the best possible price.  Honesty, integrity and amazing customer service is the reason my family stays with Trevino and why my agent is Peggy. 

I honestly don’t know why anyone would have a complaint about Trevino Insurance Group but don't let the sour words of one person dissuade you from choosing this insurance company.  I have never been sorry I made the switch to Peggy at Trevino for my car and house insurance

The service from my rep Peggy (and the entire staff for that matter) has been great! I have been a client for over 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond when I have a need. Would highly recommend to others.

Jaime Trevino is the most forthright insurance agent in St. Joseph County! I have learned a lot from Jaime about insurance. When I had a business in town he was never competitive on business or personal insurance but always would quote us when I called every year. When we moved to a rural area Jaime was competitive and we switched to him from another local agent. He and his dad, RG Trevino, went to bat with abusive adjusters after storm damage to our property. Customer for life.
