This office gives State Farm a bad name. I've called the office many times only to hear that the representative cannot assist me, and no one ever calls me back. The actual agent is consistently "unavailable" and I am contacting the Insurance commissioners office for this office inadequateness. This office is staffed with untrained teenagers.

He engaged my Twitter page completely unsolicited and proceeded to call me names and handle himself very unprofessionally. I would move my business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor...RUN! Do NOT pass go & do NOT go into his office! He will tell you what he needs to to get your business & when you finally get tired of him increasing your rate to get his quota up and ask a question he'll send you a ignorant, condescending response like THIS! I cancelled my insurance bc I got tired of the constant rate changes. I called and notified him on 4/18. He AUTOMATICALLY charged my account (when the automatic payment doesn't normally charge until around the 25th of each month (I have pics of that as well). I asked him about it and HERE is his response. He's always been extremely unprofessional and rude so I'm not sure why I'm surprised. Do yourself a favor...call PROGRESSIVE on 3642 Flakes Mill Rd B and save $115 LESS that his rates. YOU'RE WELCOME :)
