Mission

The mission of Tri-Cities ROP is to provide students with a career-technical education that is rigorous and relevant in today's industries by providing the following Student Learning Outcomes:

Career Preparation Skills:
- Create a professional resume or career portfolio
- Demonstrate job search techniques
- Model a professional job interview
- Demonstrate appropriate professional appearance

Career Specific Skills:
- Earn a certificate of competency
- Utilize technology in their industry sector
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, mathematics, and verbal communication

Job Retention Skills:
- Demonstrate punctuality and regular attendance
- Demonstrate on-task performance
- Demonstrate problem solving, teamwork, and ability to follow directions
