Hewas available for us 24/7 -- we had lots of things to talk about -- our first meeting was about 2 hours long because we asked a ton of questions. He made us feel we were hos Absolute Number #1 Priority.  
The real estate market is VERY competitive in CHICO and VINNIE knows every real estate agent in Yuba & Chico.  He's on top of every phone call, document sharing within minutes and constant communication between agent & customers.  VINNIE makes the whole process EASY and quick -- which is VITAL in today's competitive market

Great bank and great service ...except if your debit card is lost or stolen it takes TWO WEEKS too get another one - unless you spend $11 to get it in two days. Also I wish they were open later on Saturdays.
