I wish to acknowledge the wonderful relationship I have had with my Personal Banker, Melissa over the past few years.  She has handled large fund transfers, an equity loan, numerous small issues, assisted in providing guidance on how to allow my son access to accounts and provided necessary documentation for automatic transfers from my investment accounts.  

Melissa is why I stay with Tri counties Bank, as there have been issues and fees I have never had during my 50 years with Bof A.  However I want to support a local bank and Melissa has been there when I needed support.  And in fairness, both the manager and operations manager have been very helpful at times, but it is Melissa's bright smile and will do attitude that has my allegiance.

The people are nice there, but that is basically it, the ATM machine is constantly having issues or broken, my debit card took about a month to come, if you want reliability, try somewhere else.

Always Good!  I go in for just normal banking issues always friendly
They have great customer service!
