I been a costumer for over 8 years and always got the best service from every tri Counties bank I ever been to. Every one is friendly and only a 5 minute wait time or lest.

I love my bank, iv been banking with them for 3yrs now. They have moved 3 different times now nd I "moved" along with them. There new location in Pleasent Grove is awesome nd I love the ppl nd I have my 2faves that iv known for 3yrs (Olga nd Chris) They welcome u as if u were family, I don't mind traveling a few miles out of my way to bank with them. Keep up the great work y'all :)

If you actually go into the branch at the Wal-Mart on Pleasant Grove you'll meet some very friendly folks. Every employee I've ever dealt with has been highly knowledgeable and courteous. But  if you're talking about calling in to TCB's phone bank - good luck! Again, the key is going into the branch office!
