Horrible! nothing but run around and problems with this small community bank. For those looking to avoid some of the pitfalls of large banks, don't bother with this one. They made our group come in 3 times over the course of a year to change one person on a account. to top it off, they were unapologetic for all the non-sense and grief they put everyone through. Better off going to a larger bank and getting preferred customer services if you have a lot of money to put in, or go to a better established, more widely available smaller bank or credit union. Stay away from this very small, very unsophisticated operation.

Courteous, engaging staff willing to do "whatever it takes" to satisfy the customer, service is consistently beyond normal expectations, highly recommend for personal banking
