My husband visited this facility six times. He saw six different residents - yes, a new one each time. At the end of the six weeks his conditions was so much worse than the when he first went. They had absolutely no idea what the problem was. He ended up going to another dermatologist and after just ONE visit he was almost completely well. I would say ask for a referral to another practice. They were always nice and seemed to be very concerned, but how can you treat someone when each visit is first time seeing them. You never get a baseline to compare anything.

This place is awful! Scheduled an appointment at 11:30 and was not seen till almost 1. Apparently this place doesn't understand the meaning of the word appointment. When I scheduled the appointment the person scheduling it told me I could get my issue taken care of and instead the doctor saw me for 2 minutes after a 90 minute wait and told me I needed to reschedule. So I have to pay 2 copays because of misinformation. I tried to explain this to the staff working that it wasn't right of them and they just acted completely oblivious. DO NOT GO HERE! Does not care about the patients time or money.

If I could give no stars I would. HORRIBLE PLACE. I had an appointment today at 4:40. I get there, no lights, no cars, and closed sign is on the door, yet there business hours say open till 6. Beyond pissed. Called their answering service and the lady said the doctors and staff just decided to leave at 3:15 today. Thanks for the freaking call letting me know my appointment was canceled and making me drive there. Worst place ever.

SHOCK & AWE...I am aghast over reviews I have seen, by apparently "unknowledgeable PO'd consumers", when my wife has otherwise received absolutely WORLD-CLASS treatment "beyond compare" by partner Dr. Shield Wikas, who ranks over-and-above purported "experts" at nationally-renown Cleveland Clinic...and Dr. Wikas has not only contributed to saving my wife's life multiple times, but he has ranked up there with true "expert" toxicologists and multiple "experts" in Environmental Illness. Indeed, Dr. Wikas' assistance, also portends to be a life-saver for likely upwards of 80+ other "seniors" who have been offered little or no assistance otherwise. We will travel whatever distance, and wait whatever amounts of ill-perceived inordinate or protracted time frames may be necessary, to obtain the assistance and share in the vast medical knowledge of this Godsend who has, for us, placed himself among the ranks of the finest worldwide. Thank you Jesus, thank you God...for Dr. Shield Wikas...more than a doctor, more than a humanitarian...more than "one-in-a-million". Roger & Marta Francis-

Have you ever gone to see a doctor and been told to choose one area of concern for today, and you'll have to come back to address the others? Monte Fox does this. I arrived ten minutes prior to my appointment, but still had to wait 45-50 minutes to be seen. I had three areas of concern, which I stressed to the nurse prior to the doctor seeing me. Another 10 minutes passes. When he arrived, he said, "Okay, you can pick one, and I'll address that today. You'll need to schedule an appointment in the future to talk about the others." Of course I said, "Are you joking?" And I'm thinking: so I need to make two additional appointments with two more copays and four more hours of my time when I can go to a doctor who will actually address all and any issues at once? He said, "No I'm not joking, now which is the most important to you?" So being shocked and rushed, I chose one. He addressed it in about 2 minutes by quickly glancing over the area, telling me of some over-the-counter meds available that have cured about 50% of his patients in the past, and I was on my merry way. Wow! I could have gone to a meteorologist with those odds. No doctor should make you choose which issue is of more importance (possible skin cancer? possible disease? skin cancer #2...really?) Needless to say, I would not recommend this "physician"
