The staff and especially Steven were all extremely helpful in every aspect of the car buying process. We spoke with Chip as well as Jade about what we were looking for in a car and are completely in love with our new Ford Fusion. Steven was very helpful in finalizing the process and explaining all the new bells and whistles our car has which would have taken forever to figure out on our own, We never felt like we were rushed or pressured into taking a vehicle that we weren't interested in or couldn't afford. They all worked very hard to get our payment and all the options we asked for exactly where we requested that they be. I would recommend Steven, Jade and the rest of the staff to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks, Everyone.

Bo Gilkison did a great job! He worked hard to find the right vehicle for my family and then found the one I wanted. He then continued to work with me to get it at a price I could afford. Great deal and great service!

After a friend recently got their car here and got such a great deal, he suggested that I come here to replace my car. I originally came to look at a Ford Focus with 99000 miles. It was just so convenient that recently they had a newer model focus that was traded in for 4 grand more. After being coerced into driving the more expensive one, I test drove it and really liked it. When it came down to negotiating numbers, they gave me bottom dollar for my car as a trade in, and barely budged on the price($200) and consistently would not negotiate the price. Because my car needed to be replaced and because I liked this car so much and couldn't afford any more time on the car search, (because I work and go to school full time) I decided to take the car. This lot uncharges the license and registration fee, just so they can "take the money off the car" knowing that it costs less for actual fees and like any lot, they pay bottom dollar for trade ins, but claimed they "couldn't budge on the price" and "the car was priced to get off the lot. I also found out after buying the car that it was affected by the clutch recall, even though I specifically asked if the car was affected by the clutch recall and Alex, my salesman said that it wasn't, but later claimed that he thought I was asking if it were affected by current recalls. I also found out too late that there is an ongoing lawsuit against Ford about the clutches, but was too late to join the lawsuit. These things along with I was told by Alex my salesman that I would have 3 months of free Sirius radio to find out that it wasn't even offered on my car, but that "I" could download the app and see if they could give me a free trial on the app. After bringing the complains up mentioned in this paragraph, Alex neglected to do anything to amend the situation other than saying sorry. All in all, I bought a car from here and it runs and I have a warranty on it, so I don't have to worry about my car having problems for now, but I felt very pressured into buying what I did and when I did it. I didn't feel like family at all at this dealership and that's what the workers continued to compare my relationship to them as with statements like "if I were your brother" and so on. After such a great referral by my friend, I was very disappointed in the actual experience I got in buying my first car off a lot.

Great experience at Tri-County Ford! I had previously purchased a vehicle through Dean Boeh. My first experience with him was so good that I chose to return to him for my current purchase. I highly recommend Dean as a salesman. He doesn't pressure you and takes as much time with you as needed to find the vehicle that you want. It was a pleasure doing business with Dean again!
