Was looking to sell my condo by owner and chose Tri county title to manage the title work due to their long history in the business.  I was also attempting to sell this condo from out of state and while I had renters there for. Few more months.   Bob was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns.  I. needed a company that would take the time to explain things to me and help out with the fact that I was out of state.  Bob had the experience and the personal one on one "mentorship" that I was looking for.  It was great to work with him.  I'm so grateful to have found someone I trusted to look out for me in the whole process.

I have worked with Tri-County on numerous transactions over the last 3 years.  I am a local loan officer for Total Home Lending based out of Michigan and have always been very pleased with the level of customer service and execution that we have received from the Tri-County Title staff.  The closers are always thorough and explain in detail all the documents to clients at closing so that everyone feels well informed and comfortable with documents being executed.  Great job Tri-County and keep up the good work!
