Worst service ever. Manny has no word. Agreed to meet at 8:30am in Capitola to tow my vehicle to Watsonville, at 9:30am I called for an update  as to their whereabouts but Manny would not answer my calls and never called me back. Never again!!

This guy manuel  (the owner) is a damned thief he stole my classic 1968 chevy truck i won in small claims ct. He appeald And i also won the appeal.He owes me 7k and still wont pay. He said, i should have suid his business not him. He is a criminal and has had many criminal cases against him look at santa cruz sentinals archive page im gonna collect my money one way or another.

They told me it will be $45 to tow my car about 10 minutes away. While I was picking up my rental and came to the shop 15 minutes after they dropped of my vehicle the owner charged me $90. Double! BEWARE!!!
Scamming people with low offers and knows after he picks your car up to charge you double. Very rude on the phone and in person even worse. Was threatening me to take the car back after I asked why is it double charge now.

Reading Pa Monet's review was really disturbing.     I have used Tri County  for a little over a year.   I have recommended them to friends and we have always had very positive experiences.    They are 
there right  away, they take great care of the car, they know what to do and it has always been a very win-win.     I  prefer to call them instead of using my AAA, just because I know I and my car will get better served.      I hope Pa has a better day, I know I will, Manny is bringing home my car!
