I really appreciated the driver who found my book bag and sent it into lost and found.  It wouldn't hurt the drivers to be customer friendly though.  thanks

It's trash the weekend service is the worst... And I work 40hours a week commute from Antioch to walnut creek and I dread it everyday. Until Pokemon Go came out then it wasn't much of a irritation Aslong as I was getting my pikachus and pokestops

I concur with alot of the comments about the extreme rudeness of some of the bus drivers and how the buses tend to be late. Also the horribly bad customer service one gets when calling for information. There is one good thing though, at least if you're late the drivers can ask another bus to wait.
