They did not return my calls or give me the necessary information needed to move into a unit after I reserved a 5×10 two weeks ahead. After a few calls to customer service, I received the assistance I needed from a representative named Nicole. She was very polite, more than helpful and the main reason I decided to stay with Tri-Sons Storage.

Nice facility but the price keeps rising. Started out at $60 for a 10x10, then management changed and it went up to $87. By the time we left it was $97. This all happened in under 2 years.

We first contacted Tri-Sons by phone and Nicole returned our message.  She was very informative, gave us a "one time use" access code to go look at two different size storage sheds.  I had no clue what size we would need so that was extremely helpful!  We called her back to let her know which one we wanted and everything was done right then over the phone.  What a relief to have something go smooth and easy for once during a big move. I think that's when everything goes wrong!! :)  We we're so relieved to have that step of our move taken care of and a secure safe place to store my mother's furniture!  I noticed cameras set up everywhere, a locked gated establishment, and a manager that was right on top of things.  I say two thumbs up to Nicole for all the help she gave us!  I highly recommend Tri-Sons on Bee Creek Road for all your storage needs!!

We have had a storage unit with Tri-Sons Storage for a little over a year now. We feel confident that our unit is safe, and appreciate the coded gate, and camera's. We even received a call from them, when we didn't secure our lock correctly, telling us our unit was unlocked.
