These guys were my 5th quote to replace my A.C. unit. Their prices were fair and they were professional yet very personable. They educated me on all of the different equipment, they showed me examples and they also really helped me choose the best option for me (since I was on a budget) from what they provided which was NOT their most expensive, which I really appreciated. I was not there for the installation but everything was smooth, they cleaned up and one of the guys even went back to my house to walk me through setting up the WiFi remote thermostat. Lance, in particular, was extremely helpful!

The best people doing the best work at a great price! They only do what's necessary, and don't play on your ignorance to make more money. The only company to use in Savannah.

After reading reviews and getting some estimates, we selected TriStar.  We are very pleased with everything.  Starting with person who answers the phone and sets up the appointments, then Lance (who gave us the estimate) and ending with Trevor and Bubba who came and did the work.  Quick, efficient, clean (placing rigs down because it was raining) and quite (surprising since it was duct work) It is also nice to see employees who work well together-they really do have "team!"  We had a slight issue with one vent a few days later-they came back quickly and are coming back soon to adjust a few things.  Great team, good company.  Will be using them again as we do more upgrades/maintenance to our home.

This company is hands down the best in the south east. I would not recommend anyone over them they know their stuff and they handle business well. The owner is a very giving man and would give his shirt to anyone in need. Call tri star if you want it done right
