Multiple experiences with this company. All very good. For many years prior to retirement I was the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor of an electrical equipment manufacturer. Our roof was relatively small, 72,000 square feet. Prior to finding Tri-Tech Roofing, we tried numerous companies. Never more than once. Mr. Don Childs, our Tri-Tech representative and his predecessor were the very best to deal with. Always taking the time to explain problems, always backing up what they had to say with numerous photographs. Mr. Childs even came out in the pouring rain to check leak sources at times. Service crews were very pleasant to work with, friendly and courteous. The crews cleaned up after themselves completely every time. They would even make minor repairs above and beyond the estimate at no additional charge. One particular leak was not really the roof, but rather a drain component below the roof between roof and ceiling. This repair was a bit of a challenge, Tri-Tech's repair crew did a wonderful job. Another time I called Mr. Childs out to look for a small leak that threatened expensive product. It turned out to be a leaky sprinkler head about 46 feet up from the floor. Tri-Tech roofing helped make my company's old roof last beyond it's design life. We used them for all roofing repair after that first job. Business you get what you pay for. In this case, knowledge, experience, courteous personnel, job done right the first time!m Tri-Tech is not the least expensive, just the best. That is worth plenty in my book. Knowing the job will be done right the first time.
