I have had three different occasions to use the services of Tri-Valley Auto Body and every one of them have been fantastic. One instance was almost a complete rebuild of a car that our insurance should have just totaled, but instead they decided to repair it. These guys did an amazing job putting it back together to the point I knew it had been in a wreck but I couldn't see one point to indicate such.

I was a long time customer that referred many people. They repaired my car door. They did not put it together correctly. The did not install the window properly. My speaker was put in upside down and partially connected. What they connected was done wrong. I called them and they did not care or even apologize nor offer to fix it.
Dublin Infiniti took it apart and installed properly. 
I will no longer recommend them to anyone.

This is based on customer service.
They didn’t do our repair.
I was asking some questions and the guy was being very rude and in my opinion, cocky.
He acted like questions were a waste of his time and said his prices were too high for me.

Nissan altima coupe  was side swiped, I had damage to the front bumper and driver side mirror.  My baby looks new and the customer service was A+.  I will say if your car needs work,  take it there you won't be disappointed.
