I used to be a patient with Tri Valley until they made it impossible to deal with them any longer. It started to go down hill when the office manager made a threat to send $10 dollars to collections and the facts were I never owed them that money from day one. Then the amount of time it would take the nurses to respond to the need for refills for prescriptions. I got more and more annoyed with the office staff and the nurses. The office staff is the worst people to deal with.

I have been going to this practice for over 2 decades, I have never had an issue with the office staff, or any of the Doctors I have seen. I brought my children over to Tri-Valley when the came of age, and they seem happy with them as well. I would recommend this place.

I've been going to them for over a decade (before they were at their new location on Park Ave). The doctors and nurses are very competent however the office staff is horrible to deal with and the wait times are always at least 30 mins past your appointment. It's a real shame because the doctors are so nice...they just need to hire better admin. Just use the urgent care...it's decent service, they get you in and out quick and they have all the x-ray machines and prescriptions right there.

This has been my family doctor since childhood. Unfortunately, the office staff has changed. They are incompetent as well as rude. I've had to tell them my correct phone number somewhere around 5 times now. Every time "Jen" answers the phone I'm guaranteed to get a snotty attitude right from the moment she does her "greeting", which is always said like she is annoyed she has to answer a phone. Like anyone wants to be calling the doctor to begin with, they also have to be talked to by an ignorant, apathetic, girl who sounds like she'd rather be anywhere else, talking to anyone else. There are at least 12 people in the office (from the noise it seems it), yet none of them seem to know what's going on. Most recently I scheduled an appointment for a test that I need to be able to continue receiving an infusion that I need to live. I waited 6 hrs for a call back, it never came. So I had to call them again. The lady admitted to nobody calling me then blamed me because they didn't have the right number for me. The same number I've had for 3 years and corrected the last 4 times I've been there. Today I called to reschedule. They never scheduled me to begin with. This office sucks. They are always too busy yet they have a huge staff. It makes no sense. Are some people just there hanging out? Honestly they know nothing and won't even write a referral for you. I feel bad for the elderly who are used to quality service and friendliness of the past.

While I think that Dr. Moore is a great doctor and very kind, the office staff at TriValley Primary Care are awful. After my appointment was cancelled due to bad weather (their end, I still showed up for my appointment), there were unaccommodating and not understanding at all. The women are rude, make you wait long periods of time, and just terrible at customer service. They make you wait weeks or months for appointments and although they market that they have evening and weekend hours, they never offer them. (I made my annual appointment a year ago and couldn't get an evening appointment) Do not go to TriValley Primary Care, you will be treated poorly by the office staff. It sucks because Dr. Moore really is a wonderful doctor, but the experience with the staff that you have to put up with to see her is unacceptable.
