Jay and his staff have this place in top shape. When it was cold out - the management team was out working - making sure our water was still running and that we enjoyed the holidays with family. 

All requests are filled promptly, and the location is hard to beat. 

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - and next time I’m in the area.. I’ll be coming back.

Under new management by the owners themselves now. It's clear they are taking pride in improving their property. We live nearby so we use this park to dump our tanks for a fee when we come back from a trip. Saves us from having to wait in line as we leave our vacation campground and allows us to use our own bathroom all the way home. The owner and his adult son are very nice and helpful. Peaceful woodsy location right in between Durham and Chapel Hill. Easy access by car to either downtown (15 min drive).

We have been here for over a week for a four month stay. Doug has been extremely helpful answering questions we have had. Laundry on sight, which is nice to have. Nice wooded setting, yet minutes to major shopping centers. Neighbors have been very nice and friendly. So far a very good experience!

We stayed for a week to visit family had a great time lots of trees and very quite and peaceful. You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff all were very helpful and accommodating we are going back on our return trip home. Well stay again next year on our way South thanks
