I have been in and out of gyms and different workout programs my while life.  I found crossfit about 5 years ago.  I have had great success with the programming.  I have attended a few different crossfit gyms and I have to say that once I started at Tribe, I knew I was where I was supposed to be.  The coaches are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they are doing.  You never feel like you are struggling to learn something on your own.  The owners/coaches are so dedicated that they even provide you with one on one teaching and motivation to make sure you are headed in the direction you want to be going.  I am proud to be a Tribe member and strongly encourage people of all fitness levels to come check it out!

As an owner and trainer at CrossFit TLA, I can attest to the support and positivity of the community. The members are consistently motivating one another and provide an environment that is both welcoming and friendly. All of coaches have several years of experience and maintain all current CrossFit certification requirements.
