Attorney Tricia Nell recently relocated to a new office on Glory Road off of Ashland Avenue or Oneida Street in Green Bay running a full time practice. Our law practice concentrates in personal injury, wrongful death and high profile, media sensitive criminal defense cases. Attorney Nell also handles complex commercial, business, employment and healthcare litigation, but also focuses on business start up companies and business transactional work as she is the voice for proactive drafting of all documents due to the amount of litigation she has done in that area.
Tricia has spent many years overseeing all litigation in both state and federal courts at her firm and is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Michigan. In 2004, Tricia won a 1.7 million dollar verdict involving a complex contract dispute in federal court. In 2001, she served as a Special Prosecutor for the Brown County District Attorney’s Office.
Tricia is very involved in her community and served on various Board of Director seats with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club and The United Way. She’s led Green Bay East High School and St. Norbert College Mock Trial Teams to various victories, and even did a stint for the local Red Cross in “Dancing with the Stars!” Tricia has appeared as a legal analyst for WBAY Channel 2 News covering various legal topics, such as providing day to day analysis of the State v. Steven Avery, and State v. Brendan Dassey criminal trials.
Tricia frequently presents seminars on various personal injury and current litigation topics for the National Business Institute and Wisconsin Association for Justice.
