I have done hair cuts to spa treatments to upper lip wax's, they do an amazing job.  Of there is any correction needed, the teacher fixes during one of the checks.  You can't beat the prices and the students and staff are always so true sly and accomadating.

I went to this school 6 years ago and I loved it but now I applied for a position there and Kristin Albright called me and I missed the call but called her back less than 5 min later she no answer so I left a message but never heard back, so I called her again leaving another message but no call back, waited a few days she's called her again and left another message but yet again no call back. Even if the position got filled it works still be nice to get a call back. Another issue is I called to talk to someone about possibly coming back to school to talk about taking courses on becoming a teacher but again nobody called me.

My appt was for 5/19/2017 @ 6pm. Color and haircut. At 5:50 I'm early. I wait about 25 minutes for my stylist. She is in her mid 30's and wears red glasses. She did a fabulous job on the color. Love it! However she is slow. Does the instructor assist at all? No. At 9pm 0my hair is being rinsed and washed. I get in the chair at 9:15 or so only to hear the instructor tell my stylist that it's too late yo cut my hair. The instructor is actually at the wash bowl washing someone else's hair. 2 more people are in another room having their hair washed. It is now 9:40. I asked what she meant that she couldn't cut my hair. "I am talking to the student not you." So I left with great color and no haircut. The receptionist blamed it on the receptionist who scheduled the appt either Monday or Tuesday. The instructor said nothing. 

Absolutely no professionalism in the joint at all. No concept that even though it is a school, I am still a customer. An unhappy customer will tell at least 10 people of their poor service.

Their response? We can get you in maybe later this week.

Run from this place. It is run by a bunch of amateurs who have no concept of being professional or customer service driven.

But if you want a great color job, wait for the middle aged lady with red glasses to get out of the inept environment she is in. She's awesome!

Personally, I can't figure out why I'd give the place even 1 star.
