Hmm, not surprised to see a 1 star rating on here and know I am not the only one.  Incompetence and excuses from the top down. They don't stock standard parts for standard implant systems, they wait until they get the case and then they order what they need, and they cannot ever make a due date. Never once. We have abutments and crowns routinely taking 3 to 4 weeks to get back. We have to keep rescheduling and rescheduling patients, and we have lost patients because of Trident. Don't use them, it isn't worth it.

We give a ton of business to this lab, after they messed up on a case        
 (with all proof showing that we did everything correct) they still refused to make it correct. They only wanted to credit our account less than half of what they should have paid in full for, which was their mistake to begin with! This is a huge disappointment as I feel they should have make it right!!!

I  wouldn’t recommend this lab to my worst enemy long story trident decided to ruin three accounts! Over having no morals especially if you have spent thousands with this company long story short im done with them and i wouldnt Do Buissness with them and recommend you dont

This lab does a perfect job on bruxzir zirconia crowns and triflex partials, margins are spot on, minimal adjustment to seat and the triflex partial blends with the tissue, looks like the patients natural teeth.  Many happy customers at our practice.  Awesome job!  Trident
