I don't enjoy writing unfavorable reviews, but I don't enjoy mediocre service much either. I'm not a twenty-year-old anymore and I don't have the patience for it. I should say though that everyone was polite and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. However, bottom line they did a lousy job with my hair color. I went for color and a trim.The lighting was weird in the salon and I figured everything would look different once I was outside. Once I got home it was a completely different story. It was not at all what I asked for, especially with the color it looked really uneven on my right side the highlights were really chunky and on the other side you could barely see them. So I asked for a do-over and they reluctantly did it and on top of that charged me extra $$ outrageous. Now not only can you tell that my hair is completely uneven, but every time I wash my hair the blond highlights turn lighter with a green tint, the roots don't match up and, I basically flushed $125 + dollars down the drain and I am completely unsatisfied with the results.

This salon is the best! I went to Amanda and she did my hair perfect and at a very affordable price. The atmosphere is great and all the girls are very nice! I haven't found a great hairstylist in 2 years and I'm happy I finally found a girl who knows what she's doing!
