The new facility is beautiful, clean, open and energetic. The staff is the best. On more than one occasion and life struggles they have helped me gain my confidence back in the fitness world. Along with resetting my nutrition. It's the only gym I'll ever use. So many fitness levels and equipment and classes to try.

Love this gym. The staff are incredible so patient and helpful. The trainers rock.  I’ve tried a lot of gyms over the years. This is the only one where people really care about you and your success whether that’s losing weight, getting stronger, training for races or any other fitness endeavor. They are partners in building a better you. Couldn’t ask for more.

I love Trillium, best gym ever.  The staff is AMAZING!  The trainers and instructors truly care about you. They not only motivate you, they guide you, support you, and are your biggest cheerleaders. I’m so thankful I found them 11 years ago. Can’t say enough about them or the wonderful friendships I’ve made. Come join us, you won’t regret it!

This is truly the “Cheers”  of the work out world. When I walk in everyone knows my name. They greet me with enthusiasm and the trainers really care about your development. There’s definite passion for health wellness and fitness at this gym.  The classes offered are very effective and challenging. You won’t be disappointed.

Top notch facility.  Clean and well maintained.  Staff helpful and friendly.  It's like I've come home to where I belong!  Excited to be back after many years.
