Eddie and his assistant Susan(who pretends to be an agent) are the biggest liars in the field. I had the unfortunate chance to deal with them as a client and was very disappointed.  They lose client's paperwork, they lye about writing offers because they want you to buy the houses that they sell or have connections with the selling agents with. Eddie (the broker) is just there to party. He constantly is drunk and even takes his clients to show houses while he is under the influence of alcohol.
