Absolutely incompetent. I went to renew my license and they put a restriction on it that didn’t exist. I only found out about this after moving to Florida a year after I renewed the license. I had been driving around for a year with a restriction that could have put me in jail. Thankfully, I wasn’t pulled over but had I been I would have went to jail because someone didn’t do their job correctly. I feel that they could benefit from an entirely new staff that’s actually knowledgeable and up-to-date with licensing technology and Kentucky state law. Please hire people who know how to do their job!
