Bought from Gehan in May in Hickory Creek, Tx. The plumbing was installed and warranteed by Trinity plumbing. The first time I have a serious problem they weaseled out of the repair. Exterior faucet in the back yard somehow managed to freeze and start a leak despite being covered properly. I understand that sometimes pipes freeze, but this house is brand new, the faucet was absolutely covered with a foam housing from Lowes, and this is Texas not Ottawa. It only got to about 20 degrees. If the plumbing cannot survive a moderate freeze while properly covered something is very very wrong. The repair doesn't even look like it would be terribly expensive and they weaseled out anyway. Don't expect warranties to mean much.

I'm ashamed to say I worked for this company for a short time there owner Alan is dishonest and the very deffinition of unprofessional there Master plumber Truman seems to be in his own world and out of touch with modern plumbing as a whole. They don't offer their employees any health benefits and there a small operation that doesn't even want to fullfill their warranty obligations to their customers. Their employees regularly use drugs before they rough in a new home or top out a new home this includes when they're installing gas lines in homes that families will later likely live in there's a get it done quick attitude with no respect for the trade The one positive thing I can say is the guys there do work really hard and I feel sorry for them the way Alan treats them when I worked with them it was like listening to people who are ignorant of the realities of the trades or the other good companies that are out there that them and their families could benefit from if this company did the plumbing in your new home watch out and if you ever have a problem take a second look and call lawyer
