I realized my son had an awful rash just 15 mins before 7 pm (time they close). Because I had received good care in the past, I called them right away to make sure they would keep their doors open just in time to see my little one. The receptionist just told me that they were closed already and sent me to the emergency room. Her tone of voice didn't help either. She didn't even offer help, or a kind word for my predicament. Maybe a "let me see what I can do to help you", would have satisfied this worried mother. Receptionists are in charge of first and good impressions in behalf of the ones providing care for people in need. I hope this improves for the future.

This place is awesome. I take my kids here as well as myself. The wait staff is nice, the nurses are friendly and helpful and the doctors are top notch. Same visit x-rays, knowledgeable staff, and mostly a very short wait time. Definitely worth the visit if you are in need of quality medical care.

Service was fine. However, I'm still having issues with billing with their x-ray imaging partner (Santa Fe Imaging). I have since switched primary care providers as a result.

There are no doctors in Los Alamos that take Aetna so my family has come to use Trinity Urgent Care as effectively our primary care physicians. TUC have been more thorough and thoughtful than any primary care I have received in Los Alamos in 15 years in this town. The three doctors in this small practice have good communication with each other and coordinate care better than any other Los Alamos doctors office I have been to. We've been treated for everything from colds to intestinal disorders to possible fractures promptly and competently. They are part of the community ... Dr McClees oversees the Pajarito Ski Patrol medical program. We are fortunate to have them here.

Dr.McClees does not take the time to examine the patient. Your in and out in 5 min with wrong medication prescribed that does not help and back two days later because symptoms are not improving but getting worse. Dr.Grant cares more about the patients and goes over and beyond to get you better.
