The best quesadilla I’ve ever had. They have an open kitchen so you can see them make your food in front of you. My quesadilla chips and soda all came together and was about $17 after tax.  Definitely will be coming back.

This is my first time here and I appreciate the service. I felt welcomed by Maria, she took the time to explain the menu to me. The food was FRESH and cooked to order… which I appreciated. Mind you, I came close to closing, often times, I feel rushed when a restaurant is about to close, not here. Keep up the AWESOME WORK.Food: 5/5

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. What struck me most, however, was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire establishment.   The menu offered a great selection of dishes, with options to suit a variety of tastes. I opted for the Steak Quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was great and the flavors were expertly balanced.  The service was equally impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations when asked. They went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable and that all of our needs were met.  The owner is very friendly and takes great pride in the food and the establishment.  To top it all off, the cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. From the immaculate kitchen to the immaculate restrooms, every detail was attended to.  Overall, I highly recommend Trinkin Trinkin  for a truly wonderful dining experience. The excellent food, superb service, and meticulous attention to cleanliness make it a standout choice for any occasion. IWe drove all the way from Pompano Beach and will definitely be coming back.

TrinkinTrinkin is a great new spot! The food is DELICIOUS, I have tried each and every item and have no complaints whatsoever. The owners are marvelous people and really keep in mind the customers and their staff before anything else. Great ambience, good music and easily the cleanest restaurant in Hialeah. Will definitely keep going back the prices are unheard of now in 2023, nowhere else can you get a full meal consisting of for example a sandwich with chips AND soda for only $10 !!!

I’ve been coming here since 2017 they have always been so welcoming the vibe in there is amazing, JJ and his wife have been a hands on with this restaurant and the new restaurant in Hialeah. They are great the food is good and made right in front of you with care. I absolutely recommend it here. I put some pictures of sometimes of the plates I had, the place is also super clean!

The food here is so good and worth the price but let's talk about the service ! I believe all the food comes with a bag of chips and drink. Always nice and friendly people working here. The woman who were working tonight were so nice and happy to be here. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean when I come here and they are always smiling. Great service and delicious food.  I highly recommend    Parking: Park in lot next door. Easier

The food and the service here are top of the line there is nothing on the menu that will disappoint you. Everything is amazing. Been eating here since before the restaurant was open and it was only a Food Truck over 10 years ago.
