The number one mode of transportation to DC from NYC. They are reliable, always on time, great and clean amenities. Free water, WiFi, rewards and movies. I have used many companies but this one is  the best ones in terms of bang for your buck. They are always professional and their drivers are experts to maneuvering their way out and into the busy streets of Manhattan.

Bus arrived and departed on time.
Bus operator was courteous.
It was clean, comfortable and they offered bottled water.
My only con is when it's inclement weather, there's no shelter at the bus pick up and drop off location.
