I visited the emergency room in the evening. I had almost no wait, and I was quickly assessed and sent on my way. Everyone from the woman at the desk to the nurse and the doctor was professional and courteous. The doctor took the time to answer my questions about different prescriptions that could be used for my condition.

The absolute worst healthcare I have ever received.  My health declined significantly. My prescriptions were mismanaged, sent to the wrong pharmacy, sent in wrong amounts.  The nurse was rude and augmentative. Frequently failed to get the proper records to my referral doctors.  Often called with erroneous information about my lab test results.  Always blamed someone else whether it was the pharmacy, the referral doctor or myself.  When I complained and voiced my dissatisfaction and informed the nurse I would be filing a complaint she reported me as rude and disrespectful and had me dropped from the practice.

We went on July 4th with a severe burn.  The staff was attentive and so kind.  We couldn't have been happier with the care we received from the entire staff.  They were calming, informative and caring.  Nurse Blair was fantastic and really helped us through the trauma.

Worst er in middle Tennessee. Wait times are outrageous even when the waiting room and parking lot are empty. My nephew was sent home with no answers, no treatment, and is currently being admitted to Vanderbilt children's hospital 2 days later. There is a systemic problem here. Either shut down, or fix it. Continuing to operate in the current manner costs lives, which is far more important than dollars!
