I completed my Pre-licensing Course at Tristar Realty.My overall experience there was wonderful. I definitely recommend to anyone who want to become a realtor.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL - SHADY SLEAZY
After verbally agreeing to a lease, AGENT/OWNER & ME, but TriStar was unable or unwilling to close the the deal that and day.  I confirmed several times during that meeting of my intent to notify my current landlord of my intent to contract with TriStar Realty that I would be moving, and each time I was reassured by Harry Tu.   I received a call the next night ( the night before the signing) from the agent stating that I had to pay him a fee equal to that of one month rent.  As this fee had never been discussed in any way, nor was n writing and was demanded in the form of a certified check, I questioned why and requested if a check would be good enough, as I was unsure of my ability to physically get to the bank to secure the certified check.  The agent Harry Tu agent stated, "you don't like it, you don't have to come"  He then convinced the owners to back out of the agreement with False Information about Montgomery County Landlord Tenant Law, specifically a lead paint inspection which had been completed, but was already completed and no longer required.  He misled his client and reneged on our verbal agreement when I had the audacity to question undisclosed fees, and put my family in jeopardy of being without a home ALL LIES -  
SUPER SHADY  -DONT TRUST THESE GUYS ESPECIALLY HARRY TU

Racist - They were not very professional, they are always to busy to be on time for their appointments.  They have some associates who are ethnically biased and will only do business with those of the same race.
