These people deserve ZERO Stars. They're the worst at Everything. I was there Saturday, October 21st and people are complaining that they didn't get good service. I was already at the point on the side of the car wash where the guys vaccum the car. My car goes through the washer, and comes out with A CHIP IN MY PAINT JOB AND SCRATCHES ON MY PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. So, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Fair Trade Commission, since they didn't want to refund my money and fix the problem. I have an Audi A6 Silver. It's not a cheap car, and even if it was, it's MY CAR and they damaged it, and NO ONE owned up to it. So, if management is reading this, and you get a call from the BBB or the FTC, I hope that after reading all of these reviews, and realizing that the owner of this place need to hire more capable people, that the owner if SEVERELY FINED. No One, should ever go to this place. EVER! And if it comes to it, I'll see you people in court, cause I have photos, videos and audio of this ridiculous issue taking place. And I will be submitting it in my reported file to the BBB and FTC. You people treat other people's property like trash.

They didn't vacuum my car good or give me armor oil w/o me telling them I paid for it. If I were a man I don't think I'd have been given that treatment. N the dry off guy said all women are evil!

never again, paid for a platinum wash. had to go get someone because they fails to clean the mats vacuum the back seat and after going thru the wash car had a dirt ring from mid door down to edge of door. rude employees and they all need customer service training.

they are the worst...it's not the workers it's the management,  they are under investigation Do not trust you car in this car wash
they don't pay that workers....

This place is a dump they rip you off do not wash your car properly leave all the thing on it and then when you go back to them and tell them that you could do a better job by yourself with your bikini on on a summer time and still make your s*** Sparkle because when they finish washing it your car is still looking like much dirt on it the 2199 and clean all the details what car does come out looking Bell it is not wax in his not shiny and is not clean and it vacuumed inside by putting mode dirt so seriously the only person that run the manager place name is Rico and he is the most of the f****** Ripple like seriously that's why I should have continue taking my call the Nissan dealership cuz Tropical Breeze on Utica Avenue or f****** rip off because they just want to give you a call that 699 wash even though you pay 2199 for your service they just want to act like you're all crazy well today they were they wash my car 3 times until they got it right so if you come in here to Tropical Breeze don't paint 2199 pay 699
