Food isn't terrible, i like the company, but this location is lackluster. I have had my online order stalled far too many times, sometimes costing me my entire lunch break. The quality of the produce is absolutely garbage. The romaine lettuce is always dark and spotty, and lately other greens are as well. They're obviously not using fresh ingredients. My most recent order looked like it was dropped and stepped on, and shorted on ALL ingredients. The smoothies are fine, and most of the staff is okay, but many of them look short on patience. It makes me ponder the story of management and training, if there is any at all. They seem ill equipped to handle simple, common foodservice problems.

Terrible service. I order a smoothie at 6 AM set to pick up at 12:15 PM and it was for some reason not ready when I arrived at 12:40. I came during my lunch break which is why I ordered ahead. Very displeased. I will not be going back to this location again. The only nice thing is they will be giving me a refund. Now my lunch break is over and I was not able to eat anything.

First time i went i got a sunshine. It was good. Later on i went to another location while i was at the mall and got a bahama mama. So favorable and delicious. I get it today i tasted banana and its SUPER watere down. Unhappy and honestly never will come back

Horrible!!! Smoothies taste like water. And they made it so messy, leaking all over the sides and overflowing from the top. Service was terrible. Never going there again.

The smoothies are superrr watered down no thickness at all! Was driving around and thought to try the cafe. Had to be the worse cafe. Don’t even bother..
