This is legit the worst Tropical Smoothie ever. This one is pretty close to my house, but i rather drive to the one in Alexandria, VA. The food is always prepared sloppy. I have no idea why they would cut a wrap in half. Everything falls out of the wrap. The smoothies are never consistent. It’s watered down. It doesn’t even taste the same as the one from a different location. I’m never satisfied with this one. On a positive note, the workers are definitely friendly though. Maybe, it will get better in due time. This one is kind of newer. At this present moment, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Great experience every time I come. Food and smoothies are always good! Love that it has a drive-thru!!! Met the manager the last time I was there. He was very friendly!

This place is literally so slow! The smoothies always taste different too. Even if you get the exact same flavor everytime.  There is no consistency. I have waited over 40 minutes before in the drive through. If you can, find any other location. It can't be as bad as this one.

Please be advised that if you order ahead to save time and you get there after 9 p.m  (even though the website clearly states "closes at 10 p.m.") you will not only NOT save time, but have to wait in a LONG drive thru line for 20 to 30 minutes!! Getting watered down smoothies and food. Don't even have or know what side items we ordered after the horrible wait and then to top it off, we pull around around and they are letting EMT workers in the door... (Much love to EMT's) but are you closed or not..

Because based on a piece of paper on the door it statws the inside closes at 9 p.m.  ??

 And if try to get them to give you your PAID Mobile Order at the door, you get the blank deer in the headlight look. 
Never here, Never again. I will go to places like Starbucks who actually properly know how to run a Mobile Ordering system and Business. If I  Could give them a 0 for stars I would!!
Side note, we threw our HORRIBLE TASTING smoothies away..

Mr. Toutman who is the owner and his team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe are AMAZING! I order the Island Green and add Avocado and my husband orders the Avocolada. They both taste FANTASTIC!
