This place makes the best smoothies you can customize your smoothie as well. They have different protein powders you can add in, sweeteners Stevia or no sweetener which is the most healthy. Also they are very quick in taking your order and getting it out to you. Usually takes 10 minutes or less for a smoothie and salad. That's what I usually order. If you download their app they send you coupons and you earn points for free smoothies :-)

Food is fresh and very good. I especially like the toasted flat bread sandwiches,  also clean with a good atmosphere. Pleasant personnel who are competent.  Enjoy the delicious smoothies.

I'm a longtime resident of Winter Haven & so is Tropical Smoothie. I always support our local Small businesses just as often as I can & as long as I'm treated well & they act like they want me to return my friendly smile.LOVE their Smoothies & try a different one every time! They leave me wanting more,but Oh,how I wish they had a size larger than their Large.(NO XTRA Lge). Limited light Menu. Quick order & Prep.& Eat. Tip Jar at front Register. They also serve Wraps but IMO I don't like Veggies & the small bland Taste. Free WIFI

I am constantly on the road as a service technician and I eat at Tropical Smoothie cafe every single time I am within a few miles of one.  If I could eat it every day I would.  The food feels clean, wholesome and fresh and the smoothies are great.  Really helping me to eat healthier in a world riddled with greasy fast food restaurants.

I am always enjoying a fresh Smothie from Tropical Smothie Cafe, and the Crew are always so pleasant, and if you ask them for a suggestion they will most certainly provide you with an excellent choice of menu items... The only reason that I gave them a 4 out of 5 is they are constantly running out of core menu items until their truck arrives on Saturday, items that are utilized in Most or a large portion of their menu (like Pineapple, Strawberries, and Flatbread).
