I go here ALL THE TIME, at least 3 times a week for the last year. The staff know my orders and are extremely courteous. The owners are awesome too and are always willing to ask how my day has been, whats new with me, etc. Warm and welcoming environment with great people. Oh, the smoothies and food are great too!

Waited in line for over 25 minutes let alone took an additional 25 minutes to just receive ONLY TWO smoothies ' while waiting for almost an hour in total I wrote a bad review concerning my HORRIBLE visit so I complained to the manager on duty after leaving and tasting my smoothies ( which was not satisfying) and she put me on hold for over ten minutes, when I called back the store owner answered and she was rude as well about the situation when I told her I didn't live in the area she insisted for me to still bring back smoothies when I had the time ( why would I store a bad smoothie for days at a time to just receive a refund or new smoothies ?) so she then went on to tell me don't worry about bringing them back she will remake them with next visit. I then receive a voicemail from the store manager in a very nasty way saying " IF I DONT TAKE DOWN MY ONE STAR BAD REVIEW THAT I WILL NOT RECIEVE MY REFUND " this place is absolutely horrible ! No I will not EVER return with my service nor will I EVER refer their business. The owners are unprofessional and I personally witnessed Being In there while the line was by the door and then sitting in the lobby on their tablets doing whatever while their line is almost out the door they gave no help to their team. So I told the manager you could keep your money because you lost a consistent loyal customer! Thanks for the WORST tropical smoothie experience 👌🏼😡

Manager was so rude to me while trying to tell her my burrito was missing half the items, she snatched my food from me and told me they were out of stuff, well I said don't you think you should tell your customers that before spending 8$ for burrito. She said she was remaking it, well why would I want it if you are out of ingredients. The owner was standing there the whole time and not one word. I even said I wouldn't be back and nothing, this has happened before on a pick up delivery my fault food should of been checked. Definitely won't be back ever.

I am sad that I have to give such a low rating but this store refuses to respond to numerous emails about a problem back in September. I used the app to preorder and purchase my breakfast on September 29. When I got there, it was not yet ready but the girls were very gracious and apologetic so I patiently waited. When they gave me my smoothie it had a very weird taste, almost as if it had a chemical in it. The girls remade it but it still tasted that way so I was afraid to drink it. I requested a refund figuring I would come another day when things were either rewashed or the offending ingredient gone. The employee said I would have to go through the app to receive a refund. I sent a note immediately and a day later I received a response that the store would contact me. I have sent three more requests and have yet to receive a reply from this store and no refund. I will no longer be utilizing this particular Tropical Smoothie and just wanted to make others aware that the prepaid app may not be a best practice with this business. 

I wanted to update my review. As soon as I posted this, the manager contacted me immediately and apologized for not contacting me sooner. They refunded my money to the app and also invited me to come in and meet her and have a smoothie in them. I appreciate that they have worked hard to make sure this was resolved.
